We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and accessories included. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@crystalcompact.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@crystalcompact.us and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
